Relaxation massage is another way that the body, mind, and soul can rejuvenate oneself by letting go of the everyday stresses that takes over our lives.
Prenatal Massage
Massage during pregnancy is therapeutic bodywork, which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience. Our massage table has a pregnancy option if client prefers.
Hot Stone Massage
This massage uses heated, smooth basalt stones to massage the body as well as lay them on the body at particular points such as the back, face and between the toes. The effect is relief of pain, sinus congestion and an over all sedative effect in the body.
The above massages are available in 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions.
Prices are $18, $35, $45 and $50 respectively.
Foot or Hand Reflexology Treatment and Salt Scrub $40
Reflexology is a therapy in which specialized massage techniques are used to stimulate the nerves of the hands and/or feet. This technique has a healing effect upon the entire body. The salt scrub works to remove dead skin and enhance circulation.
Infant Massage $20
Studies show that infants receiving massage benefit with increased circulation, deeper sleep patterns reduced colic symptoms and more efficient digestion. Parent instruction included.
