A Testimonial from Robert and Rita Smith
Robert and Rital Smith have been attending Phase 2 1/2 Exercise Program at RAMC for two years. Here is what they have to say:
Bob states: "I get two big benefits from the exercise program - my legs have gotten stronger because of the exercises I do, and since starting the strength training, I have noticed that my abdominal muscles have gotten stronger. The staff are exceptional. They picked up that I have a heart murmur, and I was very thankful for that."
Rita said: "When I started the program, I could only do three minutes on the eliptical. Now I can do ten minutes with no problem. We are in our 80's and exercise has helped us feel healthy and have more energy."
