This 12-week exercise program focuses on progressive weight training, flexibility, and balance activities for women of all ages, but especially geared for mid-life and older.
Classes will meet for a 12-week period on Mondays & Wednesdays from
9:30 - 10:30 am in RAMC's Exercise Room.
Cost is just $35.
