What You Need to Know
Each class begins with sharing any ailments each mother is experiencing that day, allowing the class to be tailored specifically to the student’s needs.
There will be a focus on restorative poses, relaxation and breathing techniques, pelvic floor and hip opening movements, and breathing while connecting with your baby. Some classes will include more active vinyasa flow-type poses where we connect our breath with the pose, preparing you for the delivery process.
This class is specifically designed for moms-to-be and excludes poses that might be too taxing or unsafe for the changing body.
The class series will begin in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Classes will start on the second Tuesday of the above month.
The class will be held on Tuesdays during the 6-week series.
Participants can sign up for more than one series.
