Congratulations to RAMC's Chef Bryan Padberg for winning the first "Golden Spatula" Award at Saturday nights' Reedsburg Boys and Girls Club Gala at the Reedsburg Country Club!! Bryan's appetizer entree was Maple Bourbon Butternut Pulled Pork on a pretzel crostini. He dry brined prime pork shoulders overnight with a special blend of seasonings, then slow roasted them for 8 hours before finishing it off with a house-made Maple Bourbon Butternut Sauce featuring squash from Orange Cat farms. He then piled it on a pretzel crostini and topped it with his Apple Jicama Slaw.
