Apartment-style assisted living facility consists of studio and one-bedroom apartments with private, full bath and shower and access to all Senior Life amenities.

Our short-term rehabilitation program aims to improve each patient’s health and self-reliance to get them back home as quickly and safely as possible. For patients recovering from a wide range of illnesses or conditions, our Senior Life Center provides comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation services.
Adding the CBRF level of care to our campus gives us the full continuum of senior care services. Ridgeview Trails CBRF is a home-like setting for people who are in between our Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) assisted living and long term, skilled nursing levels of care.
The Towne Square houses the administrative offices, life enrichment area, chapel/theatre, library, beauty and barber shop, rehab therapies, cafe, bank, and post office.
