Reedsburg Area Medical Center is excited to offer TRX Suspension training! This uses your body weight to create resistance for exercises that will improve your strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and balance. This is an 8-week program that meets twice per week.
Yoga helps the expectant mother to prepare her body and mind for giving birth.
In-person childbirth preparation classes offered through RAMC Birth Center.
Health 4 U was designed using the National Diabetes Prevention Program, a lifestyle change program covered by Medicare B for those that quality. With this program, you can cut your risk of type 2 diabetes by more than 70%.
Under the supervision of our Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) and Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), your program is individually designed to meet your personal goals.
The exercises are designed to keep seniors strong and healthy and include stretching, strengthening with hand weights and exercise bands, balance, aerobic, Zumba Gold, sitting and standing exercises. Everyone exercises at their own pace and skill.
Strong Bodies is a 12-week exercise program that focuses on progressive weight training, flexibility, and balance activities for women and men of all ages, but especially geared for mid-life and older.
Walking outside is not always an option with days of snow, cold, high heat and rain. We welcome courteous walkers into our facility.
