- You may deliver your tax-deductible donation in person to Ryan Shear, Vice President. Please call Ryan at 608-768-5805 to ensure his availability.
- Mail your donation to: RAMC Foundation, 2090 Ridgeview Dr., Reedsburg, WI 53959.
At ‘Patient Account Number’ please type in ‘Foundation Donation’. Then in the ‘Patient Name – Date of Service’ field type your name. (Please fill out all fields that have an *)

Help Us Grow The Distance
Since 1902, RAMC has strived to be “…always there, going beyond the expected to provide compassionate, quality and efficient healthcare.” To continue to deliver on that promise, we added a new medical building to our campus.
Unlike some hospitals, we are a not-for-profit organization and depend on the generous support of our donors to make large capital projects possible. We have watched as too many rural communities have lost local access to high-quality healthcare. Thanks to the commitment of our staff, our community, and supporters like you, we have protected the gem we have in RAMC.
