What you need to know

student’s needs.

There will be focus on restorative poses, relaxation and breathing techniques, pelvic floor and hip opening movements and breathing while connecting with your baby. Some classes will include more active vinyasa flow type poses where we connect our breath with the pose, preparing you for the delivery process.

This class is specifically designed for moms-to-be and excludes poses that might be too taxing or unsafe for the changing body.
