RAMC Celebrates National Donate Life Month

Reedsburg Area Medical Center has a long history of supporting organ, tissue and eye donation.

To celebrate National Donate Life Month, we joined dozens of other hospitals and organizations earlier today to Pause to Give Life -- a nation-wide Donate Life flag-raising ceremony and moment of silence. This remarkable event honors donors and their families while raising awareness of the need for organ, tissue and eye donors. This event elevates the importance of registering your donation decision on the Wisconsin donor registry.

By honoring donors and their families, our work makes the gift of life possible for the nearly 104,000 people who currently await a life-saving organ transplant and the thousands more whose lives will be dramatically improved through tissue and eye donation.
