Reedsburg Area Medical Center Physicians Group Welcomes Dr. Paula Hobson

Reedsburg Area Medical Center Physicians Group is pleased to welcome Dr. Paula Hobson to their team of physicians. As an OB-GYN physician, Dr. Hobson looks forward to sharing her 22 years of OB-GYN experience and knowledge with the group and looks forward to serving the community of Reedsburg. 

Dr. Hobson is a graduate of the Northern Illinois University's School of Nursing as an Outstanding Woman Scholar Cum Laude and a graduate of Rush Medical College, located in Chicago, Illinois. 

She performed her residency at Phoenix Integrated Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from June 2003 to July 2007 and later became part of Kishwaukee Community Hospital from September 2009 to June 2021.

She has received multiple academic honors during her training, including Best Laparoscopic Resident and Best Teaching Resident. 

She has also served as an OB-GYN for several other hospitals, including the Kishwaukee Hospital, the Maricopa Medical Center, Kishwaukee Community Hospital, Beaver Dam Community Hospital, and Bellin Hospital, between 2003 to 2021.

During the mentioned period, Dr. Hobson has performed numerous medical responsibilities for those facilities, including as a resident, a group practice personnel, and a medical staff program presenter.

Dr. Hobson is a licensed physician and surgeon who is also certified by the  American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  She is also fluent in the Spanish language.

Her medical expertise has also been lauded by the likes of Northwestern Regional Group’s Oluwakemi Edokyapi and Chief OB-GYN Bryan Kruskol from Northwestern Kishwaukee Prairie Point.
