Incontinence Therapy
Does laughing or lifting lead to leaking? Don’t be embarrassed if it does. Urinary incontinence, or loss of bladder control, affects 24 – 45 percent of women. And it ranges from just a few drops to sudden, hard-to-control urges.
Through our physical therapy department, women can learn techniques to strengthen the pelvic floor—the muscles that support the bladder and other organs in the pelvis—that will reduce or even eliminate bladder leaks.
