The Reedsburg Area Medical Center Foundation was honored to donate three lifesaving AEDs to the Reedsburg School District. The new AED units will replace outdated ones at Westside Elementary and Pineview Elementary School and add a second one at Webb Middle School.

An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is a portable, easy-to-use medical device designed to analyze the heart rhythm and deliver an electric shock to victims of ventricular fibrillation to restore it to normal.
