Our new RAMC Physicians Group building is now open!

Location is just behind our current clinic and the main entrance is off Ridgeview Drive. 

The new facility is located behind our current Primary Care building (RAMC Physicians Group). This dynamic new space will allow us to:

Housing behavioral health, women’s health, and primary care in one purpose-built space will increase collaboration and efficiency and allow our providers to work together more effectively.

Leverage the current primary care space. 

Lack of space has been one of our most significant barriers for years. Being able to repurpose this 34,000 square foot space will allow us to dream big when it comes to expanding our services in other critical areas.

Deliver pharmacy services more efficiently. 

Our new pharmacy space is laid out for optimal staff convenience and efficiency. Plus, its increased size makes for a better customer and staff experience and its location inside the new facility improves access and curbside delivery services.

Meet future needs for space flexibly and cost effectively. 

Our design will easily allow for future buildouts, a proactive step that will let us add space in the most affordable way possible.

 

Self Rooming  Family Medicine and Women's Health patients.

In Reedsburg Physicians Group we are introducing a self-rooming process for patients being seen by family medicine and women’s health providers. 

How does self-rooming work? Patients check in at our one, centralized registration area just inside the new clinic. Once registered, the patient receives a corridor letter and room number and goes directly to their exam room and locks the door. Upon entering the room, the patient’s movement inside of the exam room signals a light that alerts team members that the patient has arrived. All vitals, including weight, are taken in the privacy of each exam room.

This model streamlines clinic operations and enhances patient and staff experiences. Below are the key benefits:
