Nominated October 2025 “Julia helped me deliver my sweet baby boy a month ago and I could not be more thankful. She was so kind and reassuring through something so scary as this was my first child. She helped me push for 5 hours straight and never left my side. A nurse even came in to relieve her and she was so dedicated she stayed because she wanted to see me deliver and wanted to help my sweet little boy. I cannot be more thankful for all of her help, for keeping me calm during the whole pushing process, and for never leaving my side. She was there for 3 days of my stay and it was always nice to see a familiar and kind face each day.”

Nominated September 2025 “I had the best experiences with Ashley twice now in the last five days. I went in for my bioscreen and had some issues with my blood draw so I was referred to the lab. That is where I encountered Ashley and I am so thankful for her. Her kindness, compassion, and patience was all so appreciated. I do not have easy veins to draw from or a great blood flow. Ashley displayed such compassion when trying to assess my situation. She kept calm when needing to draw my blood a couple of times as my blood was also hemolyzing so fast that she had to get what she could collect to the technicians right away. Her positive personality and calm demeanor kept me calm. She kept asking if I was doing ok and to let her know if I was feeling any pain which I appreciated. She was doing what she needed to so delicately that I could not feel hardly any pain at all. Thank you Ashley for being amazing! RAMC is lucky to have you!!!!”
