“I became a Physician Assistant for the relationships with the patients. I love the primary care/occupational health role because I get to know the entire patient — their home and work life. I believe that providers give the best care when the patient and provider work as a team and when I have an understanding of what their goals and priorities are. If the patient and I develop a trusting relationship, I feel I am better able to give the patient the care that they want and deserve.”
