Health Care Scholarship
Click the button to download the paper application for the Health Careers Scholarship offered by the Partners of RAMC. Due to the large number of applicants, and the committee’s desire to benefit as many candidates as possible, the scholarships will generally be a one-time award, although if you are a previous recipient you may again be eligible.
Scholarship criteria is as follows:
1. You must have some connection to the Reedsburg community to be considered as an applicant for these scholarships.
2. A criminal background check may also be performed on scholarship finalists.
3. Awards are based on the desire for a career in healthcare, financial need, academic achievement, and acceptance into a school.
4. The Janice Ulrich Nursing Scholarship is awarded to full time students with at least 12 semester credits enrolled in their program.
5. The Non Nursing Health Career Scholarship is awarded to full time students with at least 12 semester credits enrolled in their program.
6. Scholarships will be paid in a single payment after completion of the first academic year and proof of registration for the next semester with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or above.
7. Scholarships for 2 year programs are $500 and $1000 for 4 year programs.
8. It is your responsibility to claim your scholarship award by submitting your grade transcript by July 1. If you choose not to request your award it will be forfeited.
THE APPLICATION IS DUE BY MARCH 15, 2026. Upon graduation, if an opening is available in your particular field, the recipient is asked to consider working for one year at the Reedsburg Area Medical Center or Reedsburg Area Senior Life Center.
