Alyssa Polk DO

“I grew up in a suburban town in northern Illinois. I spent my summers camping in Wisconsin and always loved the unique culture here. After attending Ripon College in Ripon, WI for college, I was drawn to small town life. My husband is originally from the Reedsburg area so it made sense to move here after I completed my residency. I am very excited to be able to practice full scope family practice in a community that has already been so welcoming. I look forward to developing relationships with my patients to help serve them with all their medical needs.”
