“Kayla recently spoke on the phone with a patient going through a mental health crisis. Patient did not want to call 911 because they would take her to another facility and they wanted to come to RAMC. Kayla stayed on the phone with the patient the entire time until her friend picked her up and then brought her to RAMC’s Emergency Department. The patient’s friend was in need of gas money. Kayla offered to give them gas money and did just that when they got to ED.”
