"When asked to describe my philosophy for women's health, I think of advocacy. When I am caring for and treating a patient, I see her as a unique individual and I advocate for her. I also pride myself in the relationship I develop with my patients in that it is a collaborative one. I work to help my patients understand all treatment options. Together, we decide what is ultimately chosen.
"In my spare time I love to spend time with my family. We raise and show horses as well as farm. We are very agriculture minded so we fit into a rural space beautifully. It is our world and we love it."

“When treating my patients I like to take time to have conversation and more importantly, truly listen, to understand the total person. It is my goal to always create a relationship of complete trust and comfort. As I listen I gather this information to learn what is important to my patients and I try my best to tune in to meet them where they are at. When I can relieve their pain and improve their quality of life, it is then that I am most gratified.
"I am a lifelong learner and in my spare time I love to study human and animal behavior. There are so many interesting models and theories and I enjoy reading and challenging myself to learn more. I love nature – the intricacy in the ground and the air and how they all fit together is lovely and fascinating.”

"I believe that my job is to try to take both the patient's history and the diagnostic information, interpret that information and then explain it to the patient in an understandable way."
