Welcome to Worksite Wellness Center!
Worksite Wellness Center is a family practice clinic that provides medical services, as well as physicals, drug testing, physical therapy, vaccinations, and more, for employees and the general public.
We operate on a cash basis (cash, check, credit card) and do not accept insurance for our services.
We are located on the Reedsburg Area Medical Center campus, leasing a space inside the Professional Services Building (formerly RAMC Physicians Group). This allows us to remain independant yet also refer our patients for RAMC services as needed.
