Nominated March 2025 “My sister was in the hospital for two days being cared for by Marcy. Unfortunately my sister passed on the morning of March 14. We were there all day, each day that Marcy cared for her.
She was very compassionate, listened to our needs as a family, took time and was very patient with her.
She asked frequently if we had any needs and at one point she brought in come cake, juice and coffee for us.
This individual is the example of what a great nurse should be.”

Nominated May 2025 From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the incredible impact you have had on Levi and our entire family. Starting this journey, we had so many hopes, questions, and emotions. You have not only guided him with such skill and compassion, but you have helped us feel supported and understood every step of the way.
Watching him begin to use more words, to express thoughts, feelings and his needs has been nothing short of amazing. Every word he says carries the weight of a hundred silent prayers and a heart full of hope. We know that so much of this progress is because of the patience, care and dedication you pour into each session. You have given Levi more than just language — you have given him a voice. And in doing so, you have given us moments we once only dreamed about. To hear “mama, dada or I love you” come from his mouth is something we will never take for granted. Thank you for believing in him even on the tough days. Thank you for celebrating every tiny win with such big enthusiasm. You have believed in Levi every step of the way even when things felt hard. Because of that, we have been able to believe more deeply, too. Your patience, kindness and ability to connect have made such a difference in Levi’s progress and confidence. The growth we have seen is not just in words and sounds — it is in smiles, in joy and in the pride he now feels. That is something we will always be grateful for. Thank you, truly, for helping Levi find his voice, and for giving us the chance to hear things we once only dreamed about.
