Reedsburg Area Senior Life Center is pleased to have been recently recognized as a Vaccine Ambassador by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service’s Quality Improvement Organization!
To be recognized as a Vaccine Ambassador, the facility must reach a vaccination rate of 75% amongst its staff members.
Says Ryan Shear, RASLC Vice President, “This is a coveted honor not only because we are being recognized by our federal quality agency, but also because according to AARP’s COVID-19 dashboard, only 14.7% of Wisconsin facilities have met this threshold of 75% vaccinated staff. Nationally, just over half of nursing home staff are vaccinated. I am so proud of our team members that have lead by example and showed their continued dedication to the health and safety of our residents and tenants.”
